The operator pastes: page URL, each CTA label, where it sat (header, hero, card, footer), and what actually happened on activate (URL, dialog, download, no-op). Optional: the surrounding sentence that set the expectation. Missing facts are UNKNOWN.

HARD RULES
- Do not invent destinations or labels.
- Never include secrets. Do not name a company as the site owner.
